Retail location now open with COVID-19 guidelines.
We would like to finally welcome you into our store! In an effort to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both our Valley team members and customers we ask that you follow our social distancing and sanitizing guidelines. As a locally run business, we want to be able to provide the same service and products to our community while keeping everyone safe.
Along with new sanitizing practices that our team will be implementing around the store, we have also made some other guidelines and changes to our retail experience.
- All customers must wear a mask inside the store.
- We ask that you be aware of your surroundings and keep a 2 metre distance from others.
- We will only be allowing 10 people in the store at a time.
- Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the store. We request that you sanitize your hands when you enter the store, and before/after trying on clothing.
- If you are experiencing any respiratory, cold, or flu-like symptoms (eg. coughing, fever, difficulty breathing), have been in close contact with another person that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please do not enter the store.
- If you are feeling unwell please give us a call so we can arrange curbside pickup.
