Eligible items that are unused/unwashed, with all tags attached, & footwear in the original box with all packaging, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 7 days of the day they were delivered to you.

For returns of online purchases, please email info@valleyboutiqueandhome.com with the reason for return. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping and original shipping costs will not be credited.

Returns and exchanges can also be made at our retail location. Please remember to bring your packing slip with your items.
