Your ticket includes admission to the event on the stated date and entry time. All tickets for Home for the Holidays - Ladies Night are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another event date. Guests who are unable to attend will not be eligible to redeem tickets for a complimentary gift or refund. Please ensure you select your desired date and entry time carefully, as we are unable to accommodate changes or provide refunds for any reason.

Updated Gift Box Policy: Ticket holders must be present at the event and spend a minimum of $35 in-store (excluding ticket purchase) to receive a gift box. Limit of one gift box per person. Gift boxes cannot be claimed on behalf of another guest or on a later date.

Photography & Social Media: By attending, guests consent to be photographed or videoed for marketing purposes. 

Event Changes: Event elements, including cocktails, charcuterie, gift box items, or schedule, are subject to change.

Food & Allergies: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate allergies or special diet requests.

When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be available on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025, at 11:00 AM. We recommend purchasing early, as this event tends to sell out quickly!

Who can attend the event?
This event is open to all women in our community. Whether you're a loyal Valley customer or a first-timer, everyone is welcome to join in the fun! 

How many tickets can I purchase?
Each customer can purchase as many tickets as they'd like, while supplies last. You’re also welcome to purchase tickets on behalf of friends who will be attending the event.

How do the entry times work?
Your ticket will specify a designated entry time. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please arrive at your scheduled time. This helps us manage capacity and create a comfortable shopping atmosphere. Once inside, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the event until it closes.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?
No, all tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred to another event date. Please make sure you’re able to attend before purchasing, as tickets also cannot be redeemed for a complimentary gift if you’re unable to attend.

What does my ticket include?
Your ticket grants you access to the event at the designated date and time, as well as two complimentary cocktails (or non-alcoholic options), a mini charcuterie box and a take-home gift (with $35 purchase) from us valued at over $100. You’ll also enjoy exclusive discounts, access to our photo booth, and the opportunity to participate in our prize draws with purchase at the event.

Can I buy tickets in-store or online?
You can purchase tickets both online and in-store at our location. Please note that tickets sell quickly, and online purchasing is recommended for a faster, more convenient experience.

How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be emailed to you along with your purchase confirmation. Tickets can be downloaded/printed at home, or added to your Apple Wallet before the event.

Will there be parking available?
Yes, we offer complimentary parking on-site for all event guests. As parking spaces can be limited, we recommend carpooling or having a ride arranged.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?
Just your ticket (either printed or digital) and your festive spirit! 

What should I wear?
